Brought my car in around 7:30am without an appointment. It needed a new motor mount. The dealership provided me with a courtesy shuttle home. By 10:30, Scot called to tell me it was finished. Plus the repair was covered under the 100k drive train warranty. What's not to like about that?
From the time I pull up until the time I leave I'm surrounded by excellent customer service. Scot Murray always greets me and listens to my concerns. Special thanks to the technician Ernie turning wrenches on my truck. And Tina, Jeannette, and Jessica who always are smiling and willing to help.

This is my favorite place to service my Cadillac. I showed up a little early for my oil change, and they happily greeted me and started on my car. Waiting room is nice with good wifi and refreshments. I was so pleased that they finished in < 1 hour - a great way to start off my weekend.
