Even in times of covid. The repair department of Nyle Maxwell continue to perform at a high level. I called and was able to get an appointment for the following day. I was greeted when I arrived and took advantage of the shuttle service driven by Guy. I was called with an update a couple of hours later and informed my part would arrive the next day. Fantastic experience at Nyle Maxwell today! Everyone was so helpful in the service department. I took our truck in for our first oil change and routine service and I was in and out of there in under an hour. Comfortable, well-stocked waiting area and friendly people. Highly recommend!

I was very satisfied that he was not ‘”pushy” and he made sure that I felt comfortable with all aspects of the car buying process! I am happy to say that I drove away in a brand new GMC Acadia SLT! Went in to get my check engine light checked out, still under warranty. Alicia my rep was very nice and really helpful I truly felt she was genuine. Guy took my daughter and I to the outlet and in 30 min picked us back up my car was fixed that quick. Guy was very comfortable to be around and very sweet. I will definitely take my car back there if I need it fixed. Very professional and caring group. Thank you
